Jeff and his team were incredibly professional. Jeff came out on a Saturday - 2 hours after we called to look at our mold/water issue. Jeff and his team were always punctual and communicated very clearly. Hopefully, we never have a water/mold issue again, but I would without hesitation call Jeff and his team (sooner)!
A pipe burst and we had water in our basement. Jeff and his team were outstanding. Jeff responded immediately and came out and took care of absolutely everything that needed to be done. He even called to follow up to check on the basement. He by far is one of the best service people I’ve ever worked with. I highly recommend him and his company.
Called Ashley's on a Sunday after having some water on the rug in a basement bedroom from the heavy rain. 1. They answered the phone! 2. They came first thing Monday morning (prior to coming called and said they are on their way!) and set up the dryers and dehumidifiers. 3. Checked on it on Tuesday. 4. Came back Wednesday and all was well and dry, put the rug and trim and the furniture back in place. Very courteous and considerate of the situation.
