I started treatment at Kimura Acupuncture (after searching Google) for lower back pain in winter 2024, 2 years ago. The back pain has changed with a hip muscle pain, at times. Rumiko has been healing both, but I want to go on a more regular schedule. This summer we started the AcuNova treatment for dry eye. A miracle: I stopped putting drops every hour, my eyes are no longer burning or itching, I can read, be at the computer and do all normal activities. The dry eye issues had become worse over winter 2026 despite all new products used constantly. Now I use drops in the morning, around 5 pm and night ointment. Rumiko is amazing! She knows her stuff, and is very compassionate and understanding. Rumiko was patient with answering all my questions, and was so good at explaining everything to me. The best part is that her treatments are extremely effective. I've been to other acupuncturists in the past, and I can honestly say that Rumiko is one of the best.
I feel so lucky to have been referred to Kimura Acupuncture. Rumiko is incredibly skilled at assessing for problem areas and addressing my areas of concern - both physiologically and spiritually/emotionally. I generally fear needles, but her technique is so stellar that I really look forward to my appointments. I have turned my husband onto it, and acupuncture with Rumiko is now a huge part of our self-care routines. I cannot recommend Kimura enough!
