I went to have my gown altered and the zipper fixed due to it getting stuck 1/2 way up. I needed the length taken up and the halter part made tighter around the neck. I will give credit for having it done quickly and the length was done well. However, the zipper wasn't fixed and I asked when I picked it up if it was fixed. At the time of my alterations I mentioned it several times it needed to be done. I should have checked my error when I picked it up. The neckline wasn't done, the clasp to hold the neck closed was hanging by a string.
