My company has rented from United Rentals since the early 2000s, but this was our first time dealing with this location in Williamsville and I've got to say I was BLOWN AWAY at the level of customer service they provided. From their office staff Valarie, to their outside rep Camden... They made the entire process easy and efficient. Camden answered my call at 7:30pm at night to help fix my reservation and add some equipment. Joe, the shop foreman assisted with replacing my hitch, loading the equipment and trailer without making me even lift a finger. If I could give 10 stars to this team i would! This group deserves kudos all around.

It was very easy, hassle free and was the most affordable around my area. I was also helped by an associate without asking for help as I am stuck on crutches. I could have handled hooking up and unhooking on my own, but someone came out an assisted both times!
