Their team, led by Rich, goes the extra mile to address any concerns and requests, and is known for their professionalism and high standards in workmanship. Additionally, they upgraded breezeway windows and storm doors, improving both appearance and maintenance. The crew is described as kind, punctual, and meticulous, treating each project with care as if it were their own home. Sunrooms of Buffalo also offers home renovations and waterproofing, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Sunrooms of Buffalo made us tinted windows for some odd shaped windows at our home. No one else wanted to help us as to their shape. The windows are fabulous, exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price.
We had an exceptional experience with Sunrooms of Buffalo.
Rich was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to meet all of our expectations. The crew did a fantastic job completely gutting and renovating our sunroom. They were timely, left the work space and our backyard clean after working each day, and finished the job in a remarkably short amount of time and with the utmost attention to detail.
The final product looks beautiful and I would contract Rich again.
When we started shopping for a backyard solution this spring, Rich provided an option my husband and I had never heard of: this 4-Track system that could convert my covered patio into a screened room/3 Season Room combination. We are very happy with the final product and the overall job that Rich and his crew completed.
My only critique of the process is that I needed to be the one to point out mistakes by the crew; thereby playing the general contractor for myself. IMO, before a contractor comes to collect a final payment, it should be preceded by a final inspection with high standards by...read full review
