This was one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating experience I've ever had! I have many health issues ( spinal stenosis of the vertebrae and lumbar, degenerative disc disease, stage 3 kidney disease, osteo arthritis, muscle and nerve damage.) When you are floating it takes ALL pain away and lasted beyond the float for over a week. Sara the owner is extremely knowledgeable on this system and her facility is amazing. I would recommend the infrared sauna before the float because it relaxes your muscles for an even better experience. I highly recommend checking out this float spa in williamsville. This is my second time floating and first time at this location and it's 100 times better than the other location that I went to in Buffalo. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated worth every penny!
Different experience and very relaxing. I would go again and just do the float and a massage. I don't like saunas, but if you like saunas, again nice experience. I only wish the rooms were equipped with a sink and bathroom. There is to much changing of rooms. Moving from hot to cold temperatures.
