With the unexpected loss of our loved one, we weren’t sure where to turn for services. After reading reviews we chose Perna, Dengler and Roberts and put our hearts in their hands. Our funeral director Steve did an amazing job, far exceeding our expectations and wishes for the services. The care and compassion shown by the whole staff put our hearts at ease that we had made the right choice. We found ourselves in a situation where we needed to plan a joint funeral for our parents over the holidays. While we had previously set up a trust and thought we were ready to go, we didn’t count on losing both within a week of each other. This added a new level of complexity with some unplanned changes and coordination to manage- and lots of quick decisions. Mark was such a great guide for us- he made himself available to us at all hours, and the day of the funeral was executed flawlessly by him and his team. The service was exceptional and exceeded what we could have hoped for.
