Twice I've needed major computer repairs. The first time I did a Google search and Found Jon Rosen Systems, Inc. I gave him a try because I love doing business with smaller shops and entrepreneurs. He did a great job at what I considered to be a very reasonable price. This most recent repair required basically rebuilding my computer after a thorough cleaning of the components. When he called to say it was finished, I was expecting a hefty bill. It was $100. I was flabbergasted. He even went out of his way to deliver a video cable I needed. I recommend Jon highly.

Called about an issue with a DRAM light. Gave me a recommended course of action to try on my own. As well as offered to have me come in with it the next day. After performing recommended action computer boots again. Thank you for the help.

My laptop stopped working suddenly, I bring it to Jon and he checked it out carefully and found the problem in a few minutes. I got my laptop back on the same day. I recommend it, honest and fast service
