Called about an issue with a DRAM light. Gave me a recommended course of action to try on my own. As well as offered to have me come in with it the next day. After performing recommended action computer boots again. Thank you for the help.

My laptop stopped working suddenly, I bring it to Jon and he checked it out carefully and found the problem in a few minutes. I got my laptop back on the same day. I recommend it, honest and fast service

Dropped my laptop off at 3pm on a Monday to have my hard drive swapped out - old one crashed. Received a message at 6pm Tuesday letting me know my new hard drive was installed and it was ready for pickup! Very reasonably priced and fast service.
