Kaitlyn did my haircut and style. She is absolutely amazing and has a natural talent for hair! Men or women's. I have really heavy hair and it's usually impossible to get it to do what I want.She nailed exactly what I wanted, and gave me a few tips to help me out when I am at home for styling. That's great customer service!Her professional techniques, appearance, and skills are beyond expectations.Totally worth it!I will 100% come again and again.I love my hair. <3(as she just did it)

I’m a hairdresser have been for years, my friend who did my hair since we were in our teens is unable to do it anymore due to family. After searching and searching and trying several places, very unhappy. I thought I would try JC Penneys and I am elated! I found Joan!She is great she is so professional she knows exactly what she’s doing she’s funny easy to talk to and like some hairdresser she wasn’t at all intimidated that I was one!
