I have been going to Anna for a Brazilian for quite a while now (maybe 2 or 3 years?); she is HANDS DOWN the best waxer I have ever been to. I look forward to my appointments with her actually because she is not only almost pain free, BUT she is also a lovely human being. Highly recommend!

Anna is literally the best you will get in WNY. I’ve been going to her for years and she never fails to make her space welcoming, comfortable, and a wonderful experience each and every time. Not to mention she is literary an angel and the sweetest person ever! Get with my girl for all your waxing needs!

Anna is amazing! She’s so professional, and personable. As a new client, I really appreciated that she sent a text letting me know where to go and park - My anxiety was SO relieved.There was zero awkwardness, she doesn’t let you sit in your head feeling embarrassed about stripping down. My wax couldn’t have gone any better. I’ve been going to (you know the place) for awhile and it wasn’t as satisfactory as switching over to FBB. It really felt like I was friends with Anna for years and conversation flowed so well.Hands down best experience ever.
