It is also an amazing company to work for, with great leadership and a friendly, easy-to-work-with team. Management is responsive, positive, and solves problems, constantly improving and leading to bigger things. They care about employees as people, treating them like friends, and are committed to employee happiness. The company offers every employee the same opportunity to grow from within and has a transparent raise program, with opportunities every 90 days. They schedule according to availability, communicate clearly, and train employees regularly. Surrounded by good people who push you to be your greatest, it is a great work environment with a positive attitude and incentives to be your best. They were able to come to our school and provide quality employees who are experts at their jobs. I've been working at Christies for a little bit over half a year and I moved up into a leadership position within two months!Management takes pride in being responsive and working on solving any problem you may have on the work site. They also want what is best for you as a person beyond what they can get out of you on the job.Everybody gets the same opportunity to grow from within the company.
