Called them as a new customer, got my dog in the same day. Customer service was great, they did a phenomenal job and charged less than my old groomer. Definitely will be taking my dog here for the foreseeable future.

Our 4 year old Coton de Tulear, Maddie, went to BUBBLES today for the 1st time. Maddie left looking beautiful and being happy and calm. This is the best haircut she has had since we moved to the area from Virginia in 2019. BRAVO for the BUBBLES team!!!

Five stars all the way! I reached out to this salon specifically because they were small and I was looking for special accommodations. My dog is blind and became terrified and overwhelmed the last time he was at petsmart (I had no issues with petsmart staff, only the size of the grooming salon). The staff at Bubbles were so incredibly kind and patient with me as I explained the issues and my requests. They allowed us to have the first appointment for the day so my dog could get used to the environment slowly and alone. Then when I picked him up he was happily walking around with the another dogs, he is normally too anxious to do that comfortably in an unfamiliar environment....read full review
