Amazing service. Big thanks to Tony for following up multiple times, being honest on my chances of recovery for operating system, and for immediately connecting me with Eric. As for Eric, he is the best. He took the time to listen to the concern, understand the steps I took, and took multiple stabs over this past weekend, despite Christmas coming up and a big game happening. Eric managed to partially reverse the damage to a big extent, and refused to get paid because a full recovery was not possible in my situation. Tony provided great customer service, showed great knowledge of computers, and technology in general. I would absolutely come here with any technological problems in the future. It was quick and easy, exactly as he described over the phone. He was pleasant to talk to and the services were very fairly priced, even blowing out my desktop from dust for free. I have a custom built desktop that needed a new power supply, which I assumed beforehand, and Tony quickly confirmed. Tony was also able to install a new SSD that I had brought in. I called ahead on the phone to see if they had time for me that day, we scheduled a time, and it was done that day in about an hour or so. He charged me exactly what he paid for the parts, even showing me his order online, then charging $100/hour which is very reasonable, especially when he cleans out the computer and keeps the cords tidy with zip ties for free.
