Ty was absolutely incredible. We were looking for someone to give us a basic inspection as our home had some issues upon arrival. Ty was quick to schedule a meeting, was very responsive to our request and was a true delight to have with us on the property.

When at the property Ty was thorough, courteous, and was willing to let me follow him to ask questions (of which I had many and he was incredibly patient with me and all my silly questions).

The report generated was very detailed, well explained and will be helpful for us in the future.

If we ever need inspection help, Ty will be our first call!!

We recently had a prospective home inspected by Ty at Capital Valley. Ty was quick to respond to our inquiry even early on the weekend! The appointment was sent up quickly at a time that worked for us. Ty diligently reviewed all listing photos prior to going out to the property, and on the day of the inspection arrived early to complete the outside assessment to be more accommodating to our separate septic inspector. He dug into all of the nooks and crannies of the home including the crawl space and attic. We were very pleased with the work Capital Valley did and the report they created . We would recommend them with 5 stars to any future home buyers!
