As a parent who have had two daughters dance at Steffi for over the past 10 years I cannot say enough great things about Steffi Nossen School of Dance. Steffi offers a variety of classes for all skill levels and ages and provides a haven for these dancers to explore and learn techniques and truly immerse themselves in the art of dance!

Simply an outstanding dance school. I danced with Steffi Nossen School for 14 years. It has excellent teachers who provide a welcoming, creative, supportive, and nurturing environment while maintaining age appropriate technique in creative movement, modern, ballet, jazz, and more. The school has something for everyone – for parents & toddlers, from tots to teens, beginner to pre-professional, and adult classes. The school gave me so much; including confidence, lifelong friendships, and the joy of dance. Highly recommend!!

Throughout the years Steffi has instilled a passion for the arts.As Chairman of the Board of Directors and the mother of two former Steffi dancers, I would like to share the impact that Steffi Nossen has had on my own family.Confidence, respect, commitment and to give generously of yourself to the community, the students of Steffi Nossen walk away with life long bonds and skills that will serve them well in life.I couldn’t ask for more as a parent. It has been an honor to be a part of this very special Family.

Steffi Nossen Method encourages students to express themselves through dance. SNSD continues today with the same teaching philosophy that Steffi imbued it with more than eighty years ago. Anyone can dance — and everyone should! We believe that dance is a unique form of education, developing the body, mind, spirit and character. Our supportive, inclusive environment provides a home in which students of all shapes and sizes may take risks and challenge themselves, thereby building confidence and self-esteem. Dancers come together from diverse backgrounds. By becoming actively involved in the creative process from the earliest years, they learn problem-solving skills and self-discipline as well as the value of collaboration and teamwork.
