We are really grateful to Alex for his patience and attention to detail - he has made several excellent suggestions and we will hope to see him back in Spring to service the A/C too - if only all companies provided this level of great communication and service.

Alex restored my Faith in honest business practices. My husband and I are Seniors and were taken advantage of by precious HVAC Companies. Over these past years we’ve experienced issues with our coolant leaking and no one cared enough to investigate the issue and just fluffed over it. But of course charged us. I researched Alex who is Liscenced by Westchester County and his reviews were stellar. Alex diagnosed the issue and unfortunately we had to replace our air conditioning Coil System with a Trane Unit.
