Yesterday I was walking down Mamaroneck Avenue and realized my watch had stopped working due to the battery. I kept walking, and luckily, there was a jewelry store on the next block. I wasn't sure I could get into the beautiful shop just to change the battery. I took the opportunity and went in. Mr. Rodrigues was at the back of the store; I could tell he was working on some small jewelry because of his professional glasses. Even so, he saw me and welcomed me, and I soon left the store with my watch working. I highly recommend this place.

The customer service in this place is great, showed me a few rings for my wedding and on very short notice engraved our rings and had it ready that same day. I didn't expect it can be done but was more than happy to make it happen for us

I purchased my very first piece of jewelry here when I turned 21 while in college. I’m now 27 and still shop here today. My #1 go to spot for great quality and price. Always a warm welcome and the customer service is amazing. Every interaction is genuine and not rushed. Feels like home every time I visit. If I could give more stars I would.
