John fit me into his schedule the next day even though I was not an existing customer of his. As he was troubleshooting the issue with the HVAC system he was explaining everything to me. He wants the customer to understand what's going on. His professionalism, knowledge and ability to explain in layman's terms are what sets him apart from others.
