Highly recommend! I’ve seen a lot of dentists over the past 20+ years and Dr. Krom is the absolute best. Professional with amazing bed side manner. The staff is exceptional as well. I’m so happy I finally found a dentist that I’m comfortable seeing and will only see her moving forward!
Clean office, modern equipment and staffed with a dentist and office manager that exceeded my expectations. I called the office for assistance in completing the online patient registration and the office manager, Vita, was there to help me. She took the time to make sure everything was completed correctly, and her willingness to help made a great first impression and set the tone for my upcoming visit. Dr. Krom (pronounced chrome) impressed me even more. She listened closely as I explained the issue with my tooth and took the time to fully understand what I was experiencing. They don’t know how to book appointments - you always have to wait - a long time.
Can’t comment on the dentist because they change all the time.
The hygienist is horrible. She goes really fast and it feels like she misses a few spots. I really don’t get that “fresh from the dentist feeling” with her. Plus she’s not friendly at all
