I have been a part of Fit and Functional for many years and have had nothing but great experiences. Some of the best trainers you will find. Charlie has been very helpful and taught me a lot along the way. Would recommend this gym to anyone.
Fit and Functional really helped me not only learn new things, but also taught me how to apply them in practice. It goes into great detail but isn’t overly confusing and if I ever needed assistance, Charlie, who is incredibly well-versed in this industry, was always there to help!! 10/10 recommend
