Mike is an awesome trainer and very knowledgeable in his craft. This place will get you up to par and build your endurance with amazing music in the background and the best part is the sauna at an extra cost but very beneficial and amazing add on after your workout.
Evolve Athletic Club is easily the best gym in the area. The facility is modern, clean, and fully equipped with everything a serious athlete could need. Mike is professional, supportive, and always pushing you to hit your goals while keeping workouts safe and effective. The community vibe is awesome too; Highly recommend!
Matt Berni is my trainer and he’s outstanding, A+++. He has an understanding of the “hows” but also the “whys,” and patiently explains both to me with his tremendous knowledge base. I highly recommend. It’s been a great experience.
