Frank is the man!! Old school style and fair pricing!! Definitely come for your haircut! Call and book in advance! I was lucky he wasn’t busy during my walk in, but I saw his packed schedule for the weekend!
If you want to experience some "old school" flavor, Frank is your man. Just went to him for the first time after hearing about him from a neighbor. He's a local and has been doing the hair game for a few decades now. Got a great cut and learned a lot about White Plains history to boot! Nice guy and highly recommend! Easy parking around the corner on Chester Ave for $1/hr in the public lot.
