I would like to personally thank Tyler from Sullivan Septic. I’m new to Bethel and had been in my home for only a couple of weeks when I ran into a serious issue. I had recently been hired to do consulting and management for a local plumbing company, so naturally, I called them first. Unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the issue, and the technician’s main concern seemed to be that he was being paid to be there. That was disappointing, especially since I’ve always believed we’re part of the same team in this industry and should do what we can to help one another.
