Have had 2 floors done by them, love the flooring,our first experience was excellent from start to finish; however the installers for the second job were terrible. We were credited some for the absolutely shoddy work that was done, this was just over a year ago and this morning as I was sweeping my floor the wood slats actually started coming up?
Buyer Beware!! We stopped in on Saturday August 3rd and met with Justin to price up some new carpet. We were told that the pricing on the pink sign was the per SF cost for carpet only. Justin worked up the carpet and install price which came in at $15/SF. The quote was high so we decided to think about it. When we got home we realized we forgot to write down the manufacturer of the carpets we liked so we went to the Carpet Town website to see if the info was online. We found the carpet we chose and found out the pricing online was $1.50 - $2/SF cheaper on their website. That would have been an $1,800 savings on our project.
