Love my new flooring from here! The customer service I received was phenomenal and it made me feel like they were family. There was an issue with the quality of the floor I ordered and shortly after Andy started to install it he recommended we stop the job and install something else, which we did. I truly believe not everyone would have done this. I so appreciated his experience and showing me what he didn’t like about the original flooring and even though it was more work for them to do, they made some calls and quickly got the new flooring and adjusted their schedule and got my new floor down. Dealing with Julie on the phone was a delight and again, thanks so much to Andy and Rob for the great job they did installing my new floor!
