I was looking to purchase a new pool heater. I received three estimates. John, the owner of White Water Rapids came to the house within 2 days to see what was being replaced. He was very knowledge and straight forward. My new heater was installed within the week. We had an issue and once again John, the owner came to the house and addressed the issue . John and his team followed up immediately and corrected the issue in record time. They are totally professional and I recommend them 100%.

I am new to the area, and most pool companies did not call back, or were not available to assist, or had outrageous pricing (and I contacted many of them). That was not the case with John and his team at White Water rapids. John, the Owner, showed up in person within an hour of getting the request, was knowledgeable, professional and provided a very reasonable estimate. The very next day he and his team showed up and did the work in an efficient manner, with a focus on quality. The man who came to our rescue today is who I believe is the owner of this company. When I say came to our rescue I am not being dramatic. We had three different pool guys here in the past two days and all fell short, or made promises they didn’t keep when it came to helping us open and clean our pool. Our last resort was White Rapids for no reason besides it was next on our list to try. In 10 minutes everything we had been trying to do in two days was taken care of by White Rapids. Great company- great people.
