I bought the 2003 Siberian Hot Tub from Ocean Spray Hot Tubs & Saunas in 2004 and I can't even express how happy I am with it still to this day. We use the hot tub year round and it is not that more on the electric bill. The up keep is real easy and I have only needed to call Ocean Spray 4 times in the past 20 years for maintenance or a repair, and when I did the staff have been wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable each time. Even if years go by with me not calling, when I do Linda remembers who I am and the hot tub I have.

Had a crisis this past summer when my spa burned out. Meredith Volpe and the team came to the rescue to get me a replacement Hot Springs Sovereign spa on time and as ordered!
