Unfortunately, I used Nick's service for a house I re-did in WHB. The plans came out well, the bad part is Nick's plans were NOT in accordance to WHB building code. I cannot get a Certificate of Occupancy for over 3 years... He does not return my calls or texts. I find this completely unacceptable/ unprofessional. I would not use him again, and I warn others to find someone else to do any architectural work. He got paid, and although he knows of my problem refuses to get it fixed when he said it would be an easy fix.... That was 3 years ago.
