The sports massage here is so good. It's painful but definitely restorative. The ladies are all charming and caring, and that's a welcome bonus. My wife is also a regular.

Absolutely FANTASTIC massage experience here recently. My husband and I booked a 90-minute deep-tissue couples massage and had a wonderful experience. I agree with others that this place isn't a "spa" but really just a small office with a few massage rooms (the rooms were too small for us to be in the same room doing deep tissue-- which we were fine with). The quality of massage therapist is truly where Hampton Spa Tranquility shines. We were taken in for our appointment right away and as soon as our therapists started I could tell they knew what they were doing. I was able to get a last minute appointment. And since I had never been there before I really appreciated that. I was completely at ease when I walked in - a very calming environment. I was given a questionnaire asking various questions about what specific areas the masseuse should concentrate on as well as how deep a massage I preferred. She did a great job! I walked out a calm, happy person.
