I reached out to John requesting his service for what I thought was a fairly typical job. It turned out the job was much more complex than anticipated. John made every effort to explain all options to me and spent ample time talking me through each step of the project. Unfortunately, my plans changed, and the project did not come to fruition. John took the time to remedy a low water pressure issue I was having, first walking me through ways to methodically diagnose it over the phone. He literally spent hours with me and never asked for anything in return. Once he helped me pinpoint the issue, he scheduled time to replace the faulty equipment / components. He pays meticulous attention to detail, does not rush the job and took the time to carefully explain how everything worked and answer my questions post installation. I would highly recommend John!

John speaks to you with respect and explains things to you clearly and professionally, to ensure you know exactly what you’re paying for. I recently had to hire another plumber for an emergency while John is on vacation and I was reminded yet again why I like working with John so much. I will not be using the other plumber again and will make sure to work with John exclusively in the future.
