Mike did an amazing job inspecting a fixer upper for us - with only two days notice! He was very thorough, taught us about things in the house we weren’t familiar with (radiators, attic fans), pointed out things that needed fixing/how to fix them, etc. I would recommend Mike to anyone looking for a well done and thorough inspection. He went above and beyond, much more than just making sure the outlets worked that the last inspector I worked with did.

I hired Harmony Homes to inspect a recently purchased foreclosure property. Mike inspected the property as well as the additional structures on the property and noted several issues that I had overlooked.In addition, he took the time to give advice on potential solutions to problems, as well as rough estimates for the repairs.Mike is very knowledgeable on construction, common issues and solutions to home issues.
