About The Laundry Lounge
The Laundry Lounge is a clean and friendly laundromat with helpful staff who are patient and willing to assist with questions and needs. The facility is always tidy, and the workers are super friendly and attentive to customer needs. They go out of their way to help, especially for those with medical issues, and they have the biggest hearts. The machines are well maintained and actually clean laundry effectively. Customers appreciate the specialized services, including wedding dress cleaning and preservation, which are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Additionally, the laundromat offers treats and goodies, making it a pleasant place to visit. The variety of books and magazines adds to the inviting atmosphere. Overall, The Laundry Lounge provides excellent service in a welcoming environment.
Jen is AWESOME. I had some issues today and she was so helpful and saved the day twice. Warning avoid tide pods at all cost! The pod dyed my brand new sweatpants and I didn’t notice until after I dried them and Jen GOT THE STAIN OUT LIKE MAGIC.
The employees are just wonderful. I have my laundry picked up and delivered and they go out of their way to help me because I have medical issues. They have the biggest hearts. Glad you are back Robin. Love you guys.
I've moved to West Seneca 3 years ago and been coming to this laundromat ever since!
The workers are very nice and attentive to your needs. They leave out treats and goodies which is a plus for my sweet tooth! Also when I bring my son in they offer him gummies! They have a variety of books and magazines and the keep the store CLEAN!!
The 1 down side is the games eat up your quarters
