“I came I. to see Luisa with severe anxiety / panic and out of control compulsive eating . I was seemingly fine being hugely overweight, I just wanted to stop the panic . we had 2 sessions and I would listen to the recordings . I was calmer and more focused . I came in for session three and she said "lest do some work on weight loss and healthy eating " I was not sold on the idea because for 20 plus years I was feeding a void and I was happy doing that . was I ready ? did I want to ? eh? well ok , I didn't feel very sure and definitively DID NOT want to put the work in . well here I am one year later down 108 pounds ! I have dealt with the root cause of the compulsive over eating by using her meditation / hypnosis recordings and I have finally dealt with the fact that a local Doctor in Kenmore NY assaulted me and not only got away with it BUT continues to fly under the radar. I lost my voice that day .. well I am done hiding and I am done eating my way to an early grace because of it !
