“I joined Snap Fitness because of a head on collision that I was involved in. A kid crossed over and hit me head on my side. I was driving and he was at a high rate of speed and distracted. Land me in a trauma center for over 30 days and rehab for over 30 days. I gained a lot of weight and two new words were added to my Dr’s description of my health issues. Morbidity Obese. Both ankles were crushed, left leg was broken that included Fibia-Tibia and Femur, neck and sternum and ribs not to mention the force put on my hands holding the wheel.

I signed up and due to all my rebuilt body parts I needed help so I wouldn’t damage my “new” body or set myself farther back. This is where Jesse Gruber comes in to play. He is the most friendly, knowledgeable,professional trainer. He is always upbeat and positive and knows exactly how to work with each individual need I have with my physical limitations in just starting out in this new journey of mine. He truly knows how to start you that you won’t fail or hurt yourself or just over do. He knew exactly how to start me out and I honestly look forward to my session’s with Jesse. I highly recommend him. He is amazing.
