We just hit our two year mark on our new build with Marrano, they pride themselves in quality work, but quality is the last word I would use to describe the work that was done at our house. Even after our settling list, we were given lots of pushback that fell on technicalities pretty much stating the work was done to acceptable means and wouldn’t be fixed. Example: builders had adhesive on their hands when they installed our garage window windows, adhesive will not come off, but because it’s only visible during colder months it falls within “acceptable means”. I recently moved in to a new Marrano home in West Seneca. This was a model home I purchased, not a new home built to my specifications. Despite not being able to pick my own paint colors, cabinets, etc., the house was finished in very modern colors and the kitchen details are timeless. I was given a very thorough walk through prior to moving in that included informative details concerning both the interior and exterior features. Any small issues that were noted during the walk through were addressed prior to moving in, which was only three days later. Great experience all the way through! Helpful, responsive, patient, informative and have had no problems at all in our new home. Highly recommend. Annette, Ricky, Stephanie were all wonderful to work with.
