Dr Kahn was great! Eye exam went smoothly. No issues.I needed to replace my frames since they were damaged. The technician who replaced my frames did not check if my trifocals were lined up. They were not! Good thing I have another pair of glasses at home with the same lenses. They were fine. Otherwise, I would think that something happened to my eyesight! I could not read a thing with the glasses with the replaced frames! It was all blurry! had to go back there so they could properly align my lenses! Good thing they are so close by! I was not too happy about this, not at all.
One of the guys there that does part of the eye exam (Jared) treated me like I was a grade school child. It was insulting. He was kind of weird, but other than that, my experience there was ok.
Fantastic experience with this place! Super nice staff makes you feel right at home. Excellent service where the friendly staff talks to you, not at you or down to you. Super fast getting me in and out, and I received my frames and lenses well within reasonable time. This was my first experience, but I will definitely be returning. Great local place in west seneca. The kind of small and attentive business you want in your neighborhood. 100 percent satisfied and definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a family friendly optician.
