We recently purchased a rug from Carpets Unlimited located on Ridge Road in West Seneca. It was nice to deal directly with a owner who took his time and explained everything in detail. We took many samples home so that we can make our final selection. After we made our selection John the owner of the store made arrangements for installation. Our rug was professionally installed by a man named Gerry. He actually moved our furniture back in place after completing the installation. Being in my mid eighties and hard to please I could not find a thing to complain about. i would highly recommend Carpets Unlimited. Thanks John & Gerry.

Recently purchased carpeting from Carpets Unlimited. Wonderful customer service from Jon. He goes above and beyond to help the customer get the right product. Jeremy and Jesse did a fantastic job with installation. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in carpeting.

John was wonderful from start to finish! Installation was done perfect very professional! Would highly recommend for carpets. They are great people!! Will definitely be returning when we are ready to do more rooms in our home!
