I ordered flowers a week in advance of my sister in laws birthday and in error they were delivered the day I ordered them instead of on her birthday a week later. I called and spoke to Darlene and she felt so bad and said I will deliver another bouquet on her birthday no charge. I never expected that and she said no, it was our mistake. I ordered the bouquet online and it was even more beautiful than the picture. The 2nd bouquet was just as beautiful. I highly recommend West Sayville Flowers not only because their work is beautiful but their customer service was even better. Please go to them for all your floral needs.

I just wanted to leave a review and say Thank You! I ordered a funeral spray on Good Friday for a service the following Monday morning. I spoke with the florist and described the spray I was seeing on the website. She told me she would have to substitute with the flowers she had in her shop. I had no choice but to trust her and hope for the best. She did an excellent job! The spray she sent over was beautiful and everyone commented on it. I highly recommend this flower shop!!
