honestly if i could give 0 stars I would I had a zoom call with her one time I missed two appointments after that and one was due to her staff not putting me in her schedule after confirming on my end that the time and day was good with me she tried to charge me a 65 dollar no show fee and “waiving one” but in my opinion the second no show is a failure of her staff being competent. I asked her to call me to discuss this and she was extremely rude on the phone gave me an attitude talked over me multiple times it was very frustrating . I’ve been seeing Linda for over a year now. I’ve been to other therapists before but my favorite thing about her approach is that when you need to be challenged, she will challenge you, she isn’t one to just justify you or agree with everything you say. She asks all the right questions, not leaving me to talk the entire apes soon. I’ve referred her to several people as I truly believe in her approach.

Linda is a wonderful therapist in the CBT space. I have learned so much in a very short time from her; strategies that everyone can use to manage both the day to day stress and deeper anxieties that plague us in our roles as parents, partners, workers, and humans. My sessions with Linda are making me better at all of those things, and better at being myself.
