She sent me a text reminder the night before each appointment. I had a question about the time and I was able to talk to Nicole right away. My son had Lester as his teacher and I can't thank him enough for his help. He gave concise instructions and boosted my son's confidence on the very 1st session. He texted if he was going to be a few minutes late and he always made up for the time if he was late. I asked around and their rates are very good compared to others.
