“I called at 7:45 this morning as soon as I realized it was a big mistake to let my husband spray the wasp nest inside the window casing of my house. Within an hour of him spraying, we had no less than 100 wasps in my dining room, and they just kept coming! Dave was here by 12 noon to take care of the wasps, as he had previously scheduled appointments, but they said he would be here today to take care of it, and Dave came through! I was told in the meantime to put tape over the entry spot if it was safe to do so and block off the room if possible to keep the wasps from moving throughout the whole house. He sealed the entry spot from the inside, killed all the wasps that were in the house, then treated the nest with two kinds of treatment. He then went to the outside and treated the nest from the outside. He explained everything he was doing, answered any questions I had, never making me feel like I was asking foolish questions or bothering him, and cleaned up any mess he made. Super friendly, attentive, prompt, professional, and affordable! He didn’t try to upsell any other services; he did let us know about a preventative service but didn’t feel it was necessary since this was the first time we had any bee/wasp issue. I will definitely be using this service in the future for any pest control needs!“
