The kennels are clean, and many appreciate the cozy and cute setup. There is plenty of shade for dogs during hot weather, along with A.C. and heat in the winter. The smaller environment allows for more attentive care, and communication with Roxanne is excellent, featuring regular updates and pictures of the pets. Customers emphasize the compassionate care their dogs receive, especially those with special needs or anxiety, making it a trusted choice for pet owners. With a private location tucked away in the woods, Freedom Kennels offers peace of mind to families while their pets enjoy a loving atmosphere.
I would recommend Freedom Kennels 100% for an excellent boarding experience! We have a rescue dog who is fearful and kennel aggressive. He is fearful of most humans! We are very cautious on people he is around, and they understood he had been through a lot. They were extremely patient and well trained in his needs and concerns! Overly, compassionate putting all my fears at ease! They took GREAT care of him!!! We will always board him at Freedom!!!
Freedom Kennels has been a god send for our high anxiety German Shepherd. She has been going there for years and Roxanne has always treated her as her own. We have struggled with other boarders in the past, She requires additional medications, sensitivity around how she handles and it has never been an issue for her. We recently sent our newest family member, our 10 month old yellow lab with his big sister. It brings our family so much piece of mind knowing that our pups are in great hands and we never have any worries while we are away. We love Freedom Kennels and the extra special love our pups receive while in their care!
We have been using Freedom Kennels for about 8 years now and wouldn't take our dog anywhere else!
Gary, Roxane, and their family take such great care of all of the dogs. Our girl developed some special needs a few years ago, making it even more nerve-wracking to leave her. But they continue to be so great to her and do everything we ask them to.
The location is great, tucked away in the woods with privacy!
