I've read some of the reviews below, and they don't match up to any of my experiences. I've been dealing with Metro now for over two years. Each year I purchase a contract ensuring my unit has the proper maintenance schedules. Metro has been superb! I've experienced a few issues, and the quick response from Metro has been excellent. Technicians are qualified, and I've never once experienced a bad visit. I am always honest with my reviews, and the quality and responsiveness always allow me to renew my contract. Metro is fantastic, and I always say. Experience establishments first and make your own conclusions. At times ratings don't always paint the correct picture.

Excellent service. I spoke with Joe the owner on the phone about cleaning my ductless units. He was informative and very reasonably priced. I felt comfortable with this company from the first phone call. The serviceman Josh was sent to my house. He did an amazing job and did the job super clean. I will be a life long customer and highly recommend their services.

I own several houses on Long Island. I found Metro initially when my rental house with geo-thermal (state-of-the-art HVAC system) needed a service call. There are not many L.I. companies that handle this type of system. They promptly came, quickly diagnosed the problem and charged a very reasonable amount for the service call. After that, I needed central a/c units replaced in my house and they were one of several to provide estimates and we chose them based on price and what we were getting compared to others. They installed the units, handled the rebates from PSEG and absolutely no problems. Several months later another rental house needed central air replaced. That house is a split level and that unit is in a tight space in the attic, very hard to access. Joe was the only one to realize by removing an outside vent, they could get easy access by going thru the outside of the house. My friend also, after getting 4 estimates went with Metro for her central a/c replacement. So 4 houses serviced and central air expertly replaced, with absolutely no issues. I highly recommend Metro Heating & A/C. You can see I am a frequent honest Yelp reviewer, both good and bad, I tell it like it is.
