Excellent service from start to finish. got an email when serviceman was on his way. was very polite and courteous explained what he was going to do when he was finished went over complete job. I give them 5 stars.

After researching seven different HVAC companies and asking countless questions over several months, Metro stood out from the very beginning. Joe, the owner, was patient, professional, and incredibly responsive, never once making me feel like I was being “sold” anything. He answered every question thoroughly.

Josh came for the site visit, and we immediately appreciated their use of top-of-the-line equipment. We chose a Bosch 3-ton 20 SEER system for heating and cooling, and the entire installation was handled with the highest level of care and expertise.

Our boiler (and our heat!) died the night before we were set out to go out of town. I called them the morning of, Joe came over a few hours later to take a look and give us an estimate. It was a very reasonable price for the work required, and the team had everything (we ended up replacing the boiler, old hot water tank, and getting the chimney lined) completed in under 3 days. Thank you all!
