Contacting her through the website was very easy, and she responded quickly. Once I arrived for my appointment, I was sat down immediately, and she asked me questions about my hair care habits to determine what state my hair was in (very damaged). She was professional, but friendly, and clearly loved and respected by her other clients. The environment was very welcoming.
