I needed some hair therapy ASAP! I was looking drab and my hair was a wreck. Lola, the owner of the salon spent 15 minutes with me to discuss what I wanted and what she thought would work best. The results were beyond what I could have possibly expected. Lola worked her color and cut magic and I received a complete hair fashion update. I came here from Astoria and I am so glad I did! I wanted highlights and I showed Deborah photos of what I was trying to achieve and explained what I wanted. And she was fantastic!! She was extremely personable and listed to my expectations and blew me away! My hair is brown and highlights normally pull red tones from my hair which I don't like. Deborah was about to achieve the exact opposite of what I was afraid of. She created beautifully blended ashy highlights and I'm obsessed! I'll definitely be coming back - regardless of the distance! I had a very positive experience at your salon. I received a gift certificate and was very anxious to use it. I wasn't sure what To expect. I called and was able to get an appointment the same day. I guess good timing on my part since Thursday's are your late nights. From the time I walked in the door I was greeted by such friendly staff. Everyone was so nice from the receptionist, to Andrea who did my waxing, to The young lady who washed my hair, to the hair dresser-Jeanette, and also the other customers that were there getting their hair done. Thank you for the laughs especially coming straight from an 8 hour work day. You all made me feel so comfortable like I've been a long time customer and not just my first time there. Besides all that, I love my haircut. I will be back to do a glaze in 2 weeks.
