Thoughtful and attentive customer service. One gets the feeling one I should dealing with hands-on management who wants to ensure good service. They do! The cleaning crew deeply cleaned my apartment from top to bottom, leaving me with a shiny kitchen that was a sty before they got there. I will definitely call these folks again. They're worth every penny!
