I recently had an experience with Cleaning by Fredericks that left me feeling quite frustrated. I brought in two pieces of clothing—a t-shirt and a pair of pants—for cleaning and some minor repairs. The woman at the counter was friendly enough and provided me with two separate tickets, one for each item.

When I returned to pick up my clothes, I discovered that there was a mix-up with the pricing. The ticket for the pants was missing the cleaning fee, which meant that the total price on my bill was higher than I had anticipated.
