We just finished a project in which we added a second floor dormer to our home, using Shells Only. We have nothing but positive things to say about our experience! Luke was our project manager and he was excellent with communication and taking care of everything in a timely manner! He is a great guy and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything! Our entire project was completed in just over 3 months and we lived in the house during construction. Their architect designed a mastersuite, another bedroom and bathroom, and a coffee bar upstairs, and also remodeled our kitchen. Denny, the project manager and his staff handled all concerns and issues that arose. They did electrical and plumbing work, roofing, shingling, sanding of floors, painted, permits, etc.

As for payment, you pay for the part of the work that they are doing then, and so on, using the itemized quote gjven to you at start. They are transparent and concientious.
