We called James at Scanapico Bros. To get a quote for a new patio in our back yard. He was at our house the next day to give us a quote. He told us it would be a one day job two days tops. We were in his office a couple days later picking out our pavers. The following day we got a phone call, the pavers we chose were in stock and being delivered to our house as we speak. He had a team of guys at our house 2 hours later tearing out our deck and starting the patio. They were respectful, kept us in constant communication, and professional. The next day our 20x24 patio was completely installed. I wasn’t crazy about the design of the step, I called James and expressed it to him. He said absolutely no problem I want my costumers to be happy, he had a guy at my house that day to take out the border on the step. (Don’t get me wrong it looked nice before it just wasn’t my style.) I have already recommended this company to 5 friends. We plan on using them to redo our driveway, walkways, and stairs leading up to the house. 10/10 recommend this amazing company! His prices are competitive and fair. The quality of their work is flawless!
We have used Scanapico Landscaping on two occasions. James Scanapico had paved our driveway a few years back and the job was fantastic. The job was to our surprise, and as promised by him, completed in a day with a crew of 5-6 people. Later this year we decided to do our retention walls using the same type of Nicolock bricks that he had used before. Again the job was done very professionally, and completed in a day. James is a very pleasant person to work with. He is very meticulous, and takes pride in his workmanship. We are very pleased with the work that he has done for us
If you are looking to update your backyard by adding patio pavers or replacing old patio blocks and don’t know where to start... Look no more!!!! I had several estimates and then I met James ! After five minutes of speaking with him I new he was the man for the job! He knows his stuff and new exactly what I did and did not want then made great suggestions for the things I was not sure of Fortunately.. he is also a landscaper and basically gave my whole backyard a complete makeover !! In Two days I might add! He did it all and he did a Great job!! I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work !! His crew was on time, respectful, professional and worked very hard!! James was on site and made sure I was happy every step of the way! You get what you pay for!! So if you want someone you can trust who has experience, and good taste...
